Every day, you may need different moods to handle matters. As long as you treat every customer seriously, your rewards will also bring pleasant surprises. Motivation comes from inspiration. This is also a kind of challenge for yourself. Just like products, some models are commonly used and sell well, while some models are less commonly used and sell averagely. It would be great if we could average the sales. Having the right mindset is better than anything else. Next, we are going to introduce the YS8012 three-phase asynchronous motor. This electromechanical product has a power of 750W, a speed of 2800 rpm, and a voltage of 380V. The shaft diameter is 19. It is generally commonly used on fans or water pumps. Of course, customers can use it according to their actual needs, which is not fixed. The YS8012 three-phase asynchronous motor can guarantee to use copper wires for consumers, not aluminum wires or copper-clad aluminum wires. We do business with integrity. Please rest assured about this.
Installation

YS8012 three-phase asynchronous motor must be tightened or removed the lifting ring after installation.
Install the motor with the shaft facing downward. It is recommended to add corresponding protective measures at the fan cover end to prevent foreign matter from entering.
Install the motor with the shaft facing upward. Be sure to install the protective cover provided by the equipment operator to prevent liquid from entering the motor along the shaft. Low-noise operation: Strict alignment of linkage parts (couplings, pulleys, fans) and good balance are necessary conditions for low-noise and low-vibration operation of the motor. If necessary, the entire motor and linkage parts should be dynamically balanced as a whole.
Inspection
When YS8012 three-phase asynchronous motor has a minimum resistance value less than 10 megohms after long-term shutdown or storage, it may be caused by a humid environment. At this time, the windings need to be dried.

After the motor has been running for a long time, the minimum resistance value may drop to the critical resistance. As long as the measured value is no longer lower than the critical resistance value, the motor can continue to be used. Otherwise, stop running immediately.
The cause of this result must be identified, and the windings or winding parts must be repaired, cleaned and dried.
When an inverter drives the motor, the degree of interference depends on the type of inverter (type, interference control measures and manufacturer). The contents related to electromagnetic compatibility in the instruction manual of the inverter provided by the manufacturer must always be paid attention to. If the use of shielded cables is recommended, the shield layer will achieve an ideal shielding effect when it is in large-area conductive connection with the metal parts of the motor junction box. The inverter will cause harmonic voltages in motor sensors (such as PTC temperature sensors).
If you use an inverter to drive the motor and the speed exceeds the rated speed of the motor, you must pay attention to the mechanical limit speed of the motor.
Anti-interference: If the motor has a built-in sensor (such as a PTC temperature sensor), the user should select appropriate sensor signal lines (preferably shielded wires) and measuring devices.
Before debugging, strictly abide by the data and suggestions listed in this instruction (safety debugging instruction) and all relevant instructions!
Bearing life
Under normal operating conditions, when the motor is installed horizontally and not subjected to any axial force, the bearing life of the motor can reach at least 40,000 hours; when the motor bears allowable radial and axial loads, the bearing life of the motor can reach at least 20,000 hours.
Note:
1. Long-term storage of the motor will reduce the life of the grease. Therefore, for sealed bearings, long-term storage will reduce the service life of the bearings.
If the motor has been stored for more than 4 years, the bearings need to be replaced.
2. When the motor is installed vertically, the external environment is very harsh or it runs at high frequency for a long time, the bearing running time will be reduced.
In addition to considering the total running time, due to the aging and failure of the grease, the grease must be replaced every 3 years. For motors used under special conditions (such as vertical installation, strong vibration, severe load fluctuations, frequent reverse operations, etc.), the relubrication interval should be more frequent than the normal operating conditions mentioned above.
Ensure that YS8012 three-phase asynchronous motor is well lubricated during operation. If the bearing overheats or the grease deteriorates during operation, replace the grease in time.

When replacing the grease, remove the old grease, clean the oil grooves of the bearing housing with gasoline, and then fill the cavity between the inner and outer rings of the bearing with 1/2 (for 2-pole motors) or 2/3 (for 4-pole and 6-pole motors) of grease.
The specification and model of the new bearing should match the old one.
Note: Do not exceed the maximum cantilever force of the motor during use (see the product sample)! The removed old bearings cannot be reused.
Remove the necessary parts of the motor, use professional tools to pull out the rolling bearings. Clean the journal!
Heat the rolling bearings evenly to 80~100°C and then press them in. Avoid heavy blows to the bearings (such as knocking with a hammer, etc.). All old sealing parts (such as shaft seals) should also be replaced.
If the shaft seal is a non-elastic shaft seal, use the same type of shaft seal when replacing it.
Connection

YS8012 three-phase asynchronous motor can be driven by couplings, spur gears and pulleys. For motors with high power and high speed, belt drive should be avoided as much as possible. If belt drive must be used, it should be indicated when ordering. When using belt drive, prevent the shaft from breaking due to excessive pre-tension. When installing couplings, spur gears and pulleys, use the heat shrink fitting method. It is strictly forbidden to use gravity knocking for cold mounting of transmission parts.
Centering
Centering the motor is conducive to avoiding bearing failures, vibrations and possible shaft extension breakage accidents. When using coupling drive, the horizontal deviation of the two couplings is usually no more than 0.05~0.1mm, and the axial deviation is no more than 0.1mm. When using belt drive, the axial center of the pulley should coincide with the axial center of the motor shaft extension, and the belt centerline should be perpendicular to the shaft centerline.
